Outsourcing .... the practice of using outside firms to perform the work normally performed within a company - is a familiar concept to many entrepreneurs. Small companies routinely outsource their payroll processing, accounting, distribution, and many other important functions - often because they have no choice. However, many companies do not fully understand the benefits of outsourcing. It is true that outsourcing can save money, but that's not the only (or even most important) reason to do so. Blogger is integrates with Amazon Associates!

Earlier this year we have simplified the process of monetizing your blog by adding a "monetize" tab on the Blogger application. We started with AdSense, which allows you to add contextual advertising in its pages, most recently added AdSense for feeds to help you generate revenue from the distribution of your blog through RSS and Atom. Today we launched a third option: direct integration with Amazon Associates to search Amazon's product catalog and add links to products that earn commissions when your readers buy the products they recommend.


With this feature, you can search Amazon directly from the Blogger editor and add images and links to Amazon products right in your messages. Your readers will earn commissions each time they buy the products you recommend, and do not already have an Amazon Associates account, you can register for a free without leaving Blogger.


If you've ever written a blog post about a book, recommended a gadget or a toy revised bought for your children, you've probably gone through the process of writing the message, opening a separate window for fetching a site selling the product, then go back to Blogger to paste the link to the product in the post editor.



To begin, click the tab to monetize your blog and click on "Amazon Associates". Walk through the setup wizard and add the form of items once they are finished.


Now the fun part: when you write a post on Blogger, you'll see an Amazon gadget to the right of your post editor (the "Product Search"). You can search the Amazon catalog of products from Blogger - Enter the name of the product you are writing, and add a link to the product, product image, or an iframe that contains the picture, price details and a "purchase now. " Each link that is created contains its unique identifier Associates, ensuring that credit Amazon for any purchases that are derived from readers by clicking the link in your blog.


If you are an existing Amazon Associate, completing these settings, simply makes the products available in Locator Blogger for you - to continue to get the same benchmark rate of Amazon. New associates receive the same benchmark rate of Amazon, they would have received if they signed directly. If you are interested in getting a reference, you can install the form of articles, from the Amazon Associates page to monetize tab, click "I will later - Amazon show more options" and click "Add the "Product Finder.

It is generally a part of the management of relationships with the client company (CRM). Today, customers of the companies contacted by telephone, email, online chat, Web sites, send faxes and even instant messaging.

Reasons for outsourcing

Cost savings- The overall lower cost of service for business. This will involve reducing the scope, defining quality levels, re-pricing, re-negotiation, cost re-structuring. Access to lower cost economies through offshoring called "labor arbitrage" generated by the wage gap between industrialized and developing countries.

Focus on Core Business- Resources (eg, investment, people, infrastructure) focus on developing the core business. For example, organizations often outsource their support services, specialized firms.

Restructuring costs- Operating leverage is a measure that compares fixed costs to variable costs. Outsourcing changes the balance of this relationship, providing a step of fixed and variable costs more predictable by making variable costs.

Access to talent- Access to a larger talent pool and a sustainable source of skills, in particular in science and engineering.

Management capacity- An improved method of capacity management of services and technology where the risk in providing the excess capacity is borne by the supplier.

Catalyst for change- An organization can use an outsourcing agreement as a catalyst for major step change that can not be achieved alone. The buyer becomes a change agent in the process.
Increasing capacity for innovation- Companies are increasingly using external service providers to supplement the limited knowledge of the internal capacity for product innovation

Reduce time to market- Accelerating the development or production of a product through the additional capacity provided by the supplier.


Commodification- The trend of standardizing business processes, IT services and application services that enable buy at the right price, allows businesses to access services that were available only to large corporations.

Risk management- An approach to risk management of some types of risks is associated with an external supplier who is able to provide mitigation

Tax Benefit- The countries provide tax incentives to move manufacturing operations to meet high corporate taxes in another country.

Business process outsourcing (BPO)

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a form of outsourcing which involves the recruitment of operations and responsibilities of specific business functions (or processes) to a third party service provider. Originally, this was associated with manufacturing companies such as Coca Cola outsourced large portions of their supply chain .. In the contemporary context, is primarily used to refer to outs.

BPO is often divided into back office outsourcing - which includes internal business functions such as human resources or finance and accounting, and front office outsourcing - which includes customer-related services such as contact center services.

In the early days, BPO usually consisted of outsourcing processes such as payroll. Then grew to include employee benefits management. Now covers a range of functions that are considered "core" to the core business strategy.

Considered by some as a subset of BPO, KPO includes those activities that require greater skill, knowledge, education and experience to handle. For example, while an insurance company might outsource data entry application forms as part of a BPO initiative, which also may choose to use a KPO service provider to evaluate insurance applications based on a set of criteria or business rules; this job require the efforts of a more knowledge workers than the data entry would be. The current definition of KPO encompasses R & D, product development and legal e-discovery, and a number of other business functions.

Fact of Outsourcing

Outsourcing is contracting with another company or person to do a particular function. Almost every organization outsources in some way. In general, the function is outsourced is considered non-essential for business. An insurance company, for example, may outsource its cleaning and gardening for the operations of companies that specialize in the types of work and not related to insurance or strategic to the business. The outside firms that provide outsourcing services are third-party vendors, or as more commonly called, the service providers.
